The San Marcos Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) is likely to approve a Carma Texas request to slow down Blanco Vista concept plan changes Tuesday night. The developer has faced overwhelming opposition to its desire to add townhomes and multi-family units to the project on the north end of San Marcos.
