Partially closed for more than three years by back-to-back public works projects, North LBJ Drive re-opened on Sept. 4 with a dedicated bike lane and yawning sidewalks on both sides. New water, wastewater and drainage facilities run beneath the smooth asphalt and fresh concrete.
