UPDATED 6:05 p.m. MARCH 4 | Hays County Court-at-Law Judge David Glickler’s driving while intoxicated trial can begin as scheduled on Monday even though the arresting officer is out of the country and will not testify, a visiting judge ruled on Thursday.
