Thwarted by Sunset Acres homeowners, Hooters execs look to different location

Following an episode in which city officials approved a bar permit for a new Hooters and then withdrew approval five weeks later, the Atlanta-based restaurant chain is looking at a different property about a half-mile up the Interstate 35 access road from its original intended location.
