Tea Party protesters rally despite afternoon rain

Despite rain all afternoon, about three dozen Tea Party ralliers protesting federal government taxation turned out on the San Marcos courthouse square Thursday. The rally was about one-third as large as last year's effort, when April 15 fell on a sunny, mild day.
