Neighborhood commission postpones action on alcohol in parks

San Marcos Neighborhood Commission (SMNC) members postponed issuing a recommendation to the city council regarding alcohol use in public parks. SMNC is expected make a recommendation after the city's parks board proposes changes to park rules, which may happen on July 26.
