Election 2016: Where to vote early in Hays County Democratic, Republican primaries

Early voting for the March 1 party primary elections begins Tuesday, Feb. 16 and ends Friday, Feb. 26 at locations in San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Wimberley and Dripping Springs, according to Hays County Elections Administrator Joyce Cowan.
