Shifting course again, Carma Texas has withdrawn its request with San Marcos officials to change the concept plan for the Blanco Vista development on the north end of the city. It is anticipated that Carma will submit a proposal to operate Blanco Vista as a Planned Development District (PDD) as advocated by city officials.
