RR 12 project could cut Wonder World Drive traffic counts

Just after the Wonder World Drive extension from Hunter Road to RR 12 opens in late July, Hays County will begin improvements on RR 12 in September. San Marcos officials are concerned that the RR 12 work will reduce traffic counts on Wonder World Drive, slowing down reimbursement payments from the Texas Department of Transportation.

Texas State receives $5.4m in federal health IT funds

U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett has announced more than $5.4 million in Health Information Technology (Health IT) funding for Texas State University through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
