City clerks to open Saturday for passports

From the city of San Marcos The San Marcos city clerk’s office, 630 E. Hopkins, will open 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, February 2 to process passport applications. Applicants should bring two passport photos for their application. New fees will be charged beginning Friday, February 1, 2008. The U.S. State Department fees for regular service
