Kyle police arrest wrong-way driver on manslaughter charges

KYLE — Police have arrested Wilson Rene Molinares, a 22-year-old Texas State University undergraduate who allegedly caused a wreck last month that killed a 16-month-old boy and three other people. He is in custody at the Hays County jail.
