Glickler
Hays County Court-at-Law Judge David Glickler, 46, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor, on Tuesday.
Glickler was pulled over by a Hays County Sheriff’s Office deputy at about 11:30 p.m. May 26 on Interstate 35 in Kyle, said Lt. Jeri Skrocki, the sheriff’s office spokesperson.
Glickler, a former assistant state attorney general, was elected in November and sworn to a four-year term in January.
CORRECTION 8:43 p.m. MAY 27: This story originally said Glicker was arrested on Monday. He was arrested on Tuesday.
I was shocked to read this.
Judge Glickler has sorely disappointed me. I had expected much better judgment from him.
