Maxwell Water Supply Corp. is seeking a full-time water operator.

Duties include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repair of facilities and distribution system; water sampling and line flushing; meter reading; customer service; groundskeeping; on-call duties; maintenance of pumps/motors, valves, hydrants and other equipment.

Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors. Must pass physical and drug test before hire. A valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record, plus high school diploma or GED are required. Class C water operator license required for position but will train right candidate who has public water system experience.

Pay dependent on qualifications. Company provides health, dental, vision and life insurance. Take-home vehicle for on-call duties.
