In next month’s Republican Party primary, Texas Assistant Attorney General Wes Mau, a former Hays County chief deputy district attorney, faces defense attorney Lynn Peach, herself a former prosecutor in Taylor County and, briefly, in Hays County. Because there is no Democrat in the race, the winner of the March 4 primary election will almost certainly take office as the county’s chief prosecutor on Jan. 1. Early voting starts Feb. 18.
The San Marcos Area League of Women Voters held a debate for candidates for federal, state and local offices on Feb. 10 at the San Marcos Activity Center.

Brad, tried to watch online as I am traveling and only the first 15 or so minutes is there.
Applause for The League of Women Voters continuing to bring us real-time debate that assists us with decision making we should carry to the polls. I took away impressions, considerations & intent for my vote. Thank you LWV!
There was apparently some order of technical problem. I’m in the process of re-uploading the full video, a process that can take an hour or more. I’ll re-post the video when it is completed.
The stream stops at 21:03 and if you skip ahead (quite a bit I might add) then you do get video but no audio.
It would be much appreciated if you would correct the issue.
Just saw your note Brad, thank you.
The video should be working properly now. It is right at 30 minutes long.
