The Emmy-nominated, award-winning movie “Prayers For Bobby” will screen at Texas State’s LBJ Student Center tonight at 6 p.m. The movie stars Sigourney Weaver and recounts the story of Bobby Griffith, a young gay man who commits suicide when he cannot live up to his mother’s religious views. After the movie, put some music into your sadder-but-wiser heart with Pake Rossi, James Pardo and the Brett Hauser Band at Cheatham Street Warehouse.
