A daily rundown of live entertainment in and around San Marcos tonight, compiled by Mercury Scene Editor Hap Mansfield and our content partners at San Marcos Tonight.
Midnight River Choir‘s soulful take on Texas country rock makes them a formidable musical force. Their popularity keeps pace with their critical acclaim and that’s actually saying something; their buzz is as good as their bite, so to speak. They will be packing them in at the Cheatham Street Warehouse tonight so go early to get a good seat and a cold beer before the magic starts. Russell Bisbey opens around 9 p.m. so there’s some magic right there, too.
