City sets new hours for Rio Vista Pool

City of San Marcos officials set new hours for Rio Vista dwimming pool as the summer season comes to a close.

The pool, located at 555 Cheatham Street in Rio Vista Park, will be open the following days and times:

• Aug. 26 and Sept. 2 (Fridays), 4 p. m. – 7 p. m.
• Aug. 27 and 28 and Sept. 3 and 4 (Saturdays and Sundays), noon to 6 p.m.
• Sept. 5 (Labor Day), noon to 6 p.m.

Rio Vista Pool will be closed after Labor Day. For information, contact Lane Supak at (512) 393-8287. She is the San Marcos Community Services Parks & Recreation Division’s aquatic supervisor.
