San Marcos retired teachers donate to reading program

The San Marcos Association of Retired Teachers (SMART) recently presented a check for $100 to the San Marcos CISD Reading is Fundamental (RIF) program.

SMART second vice president Ella Kolbe and treasurer Carol Grimm handed the check to Ronda Stonecipher, who oversees San Marcos CISD libraries.
