After working for the public for 37 years, Cynthia Knox is retiring. Knox retires after five years as Records Management Program Coordinator for the San Marcos City Clerk’s Office.
Her previous position was as a computer network specialist, a position she held for 32 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Celebrating her achievements, the San Marcos city staff honored Knox with a proclamation. On hand to celebrate with her was City Clerk Sherry Mashburn, Deputy City Clerk Shelley Goodwin, Deputy Local Registrar Senior Margaret Salinas, Interim Records Management Coordinator Daley Heller and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Fred Terry.
