Then why is the city building their new offices out Hunter Road?
I think you are thinking of the county offices, which are over on Wonder World. The city offices are already outside of downtown on Hopkins across from Walgreens.
The only items I’m aware of that the city might move to Hunter Road are divisions that compliment “The Village” social-services complex that will accompany the new CFPO football fields near the So High Gym and SMCISD bus facility, but I don’t think any serious discussions have occured on that.
