City proclaims 'Exercise is Medicine' month

The San Marcos City Council presented a proclamation for National “Exercise is Medicine” Month to representatives of HH Fitness in support of the health benefits of exercise and fitness.

HH Fitness, based in San Marcos, features strength training and conditioning, nutrition guidance, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
