Secrest honored by city

City of San Marcos Public Services Coordinator Jo Secrest was recognized by the city after she was honored by the San Marcos River Foundation.

Secrest was named “Friend of the River” by the foundation for her work coordinating the city’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection days.

The executive director of the River Foundation, Dianne Wassenich, was present at the ceremony along with Mayor Susan Narvaiz.
