Hernandez celebrates Counselor’s Week

Mary Williams and Juanita Fisher hold their “Helping Hands” wreath they received during San Marcos CISD’s School Counselor Appreciation Week.

Last week was School Counselor Appreciation Week in the San Marcos CISD, where many campuses held various events and activities.

For example, first graders at Hernandez Elementary School presented a “Helping Hands” wreath to counselors Mary Williams and Juanita Fisher. In addition to creating the memento, the students also sang songs to celebrate the day.
