Resume coach at library to helps job seekers

The San Marcos Public Library, 630 East Hopkins Street,  will hold a free resume’ writing workshop Saturday at 1 p.m. with resume’ coach Sharon Spector.  The workshop is free and open to the public.

Spector will teach participants the secrets of writing a captivating and professional resume that will maximize the writer’s potential and target specific positions when seeking jobs. She has coached job seekers for more than 15 years. Spector has a wide range of experience, coaching the gamut from a high school student with one summer job experience to a 25-year CEO with national experience.

She has worked as a New York City executive recruiter, a management trainer, a consultant for Fortune 500 companies and a personal and professional life coach.

Realizing the short window of attention that each resume’ gets paid, she will show participants how to write an arresting and successful resume.
