The Lyndon B. Johnson Museum of San Marcos is shuffling its hours of operations starting today.
The museum, 131 N Guadalupe St., will be opened 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Special tours can be arranged outside of scheduled hours, museum director Scott Jordan said.
The museum was previously opened on Sundays but did not offer morning hours.
The “A Tejano Son of Texas” traveling exhibit, on loan from TexasTejano.com, has been extended through Oct. 24. and accomplishments of early Texas pioneer Jose Policarpio “Polly” Rodriguez.
