The City of San Marcos was presented with a check for $100,000 by the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (GBRA) for Spring Lake Preserve. The 251-acre preserve was purchased by the city in 2007 to protect the environmentally sensitive headwaters above the San Marcos River.
Mayor Susan Narvaiz accepted the check on behalf of the city.Email | Print
