Huston named oustandng scholar by San Marcos

Thomas Huston, the 2009 San Marcos High School Salutatorian, received the City of San Marcos Outstanding Scholar Award in recognition of his academic excellence.

Huston was recently honored with a ceremony at City Hall, where he was presented with the award.
