Due to recognition ceremonies for its employees, some Hays County offices will be closed on May 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Offices planning on closing during that time frame include the County Judge, Justices of the Peace Precincts 1-1, 1-2 and 2, Constable Offices in Precincts 3 and 5, the Judicial District Court Administrative Office (court will still be held), Human Resources, Grants, Compliance/Collections, the Treasurer’s Office, Tax Assessor-Collector offices in Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs and San Marcos and County Commissioner Precincts 1 and 4.
