Jacob Bowers, a customer service supervisor for Time Warner Cable’s San Marcos office, has received the company’s Total Quality Service Award.
The award honors employees who consistently outperform expectations to provide the best possible service and products to customers.
Bowers has been an employee of Time Warner for eight years. Along with the award, he will receive a commemorative certificate and an invitation to the annual TQS retreat.
“Without customers, none of us would have a job,” said Bowers. “It’s important to treat them with the respect they deserve.”
