SUBMITTED REPORT
Through April 30, the Hays County Courthouse at 111 E. San Antonio Street in San Marcos will feature seven compelling photos of the remarkable courage and zest for life exhibited by persons in hospice care. Local photographers contributed their time and talent to create the photos.
“The main goal of Faces of Hospice is to educate our community about hospice and how CTMC Hospice Care brings peace, dignity, respect and comfort to our patients and families,” said Alicia Taylor, project leader and Licensed Master Social Worker at CTMC Hospice Care. “Faces of Hospice portrays our patients living their life to the fullest, despite being terminally ill; being true to themselves until their last breath.”
The courthouse is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
