Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program graduates

The San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS® is proud to announce the graduation of two local REALTORS® from the Region 8 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. Margaret Ennis with Randall Morris & Associates and Pat Fernandez with The I.M.L. Group graduated from TRLP on Friday, November 22.

The program consisted of a series of 8 sessions focusing on leadership skills, communication types, diversity, and team work. Margaret and Pat participated in this program with 14 other REALTORS® from area Associations including the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS®, Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS®, Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, Ft. Hood Association of REALTORS®, and Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®. The program was sponsored by the 6 participating Associations and was developed by the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
