Deadline to Register for SMCISD Acceleration Tests June 9

San Marcos CISD parents wanting their children to take tests for possible acceleration to another grade (K-8) next year need to keep the following dates in mind. Tests will be administered on July 29, 30, 31, and the deadline to register for exams is June 9, 2008.

All exams will be administered at PRIDE High School, 540 Staples Road in San Marcos. Parents need to work through their campus principal. Exams are purchased and scored through the Texas Tech University, and students must score 90 percent on four exams to be accelerated.
