Victim of fatal accident identified

Hays County Justice of the Peace Precinct Four Judge Terry Kyle has released the name of the deceased victim from Mondays accident on Hidden Creek Drive. He has been identified as Clint Alexander Luera, 19 of Conroe, Texas.

The injured victim who was transported to Brackenridge Hospital has been identified as Sean Ikechukwu Obienu, 19 of San Antonio. The probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Andres Lloyd Rojas, 20, was signed by Hays County Justice of the Peace Precinct Two Judge Beth Smith who issued the warrant for his arrest. Rojas remains in custody on a bond for $100,000.00
