The city of San Marcos Engineering & Capital Improvements department will hold a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6 at the San Marcos Activity Center, 501 E. Hopkins St. to discuss the city’s proposed project to expand its effluent reuse system from the wastewater treatment plant on River Road to North LBJ Drive.
