EAA to hold off on well rules until next year

The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) is holding off on enforcing certain well rules, which involve expensive costs for homeowners, until next year. The representative for the local EAA district is up for grabs in the Nov. 2 election, with incumbent Mark Taylor being challenged by Peggy Jones.
