The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday to not hear a case brought by the owners of a Planet K store on Interstate-35. Planet K owners argued that a city ordinance prohibiting the exposure of junk vehicles violated the store's First Amendment rights, as the store had dressed up the car as a planter.
