MLK Day proclaimed at City Hall

San Marcos Mayor Susan Narvaiz recently presented a proclamation this week declaring Jan. 18 as "Martin Luther King Day" in San Marcos, in remembrance of the visionary civil rights leader. On hand for the proceedings was Dunbar Heritage Association founder and past "Spirit of San Marcos" award winner Harvey Miller.
