DA’s office cleared in Shipman case

A state district court has found the Hays County District Attorney's office free of impropriety in the case involving Shawn Nathan Shipman after a Writ of Habeas Corpus was denied in July and Shipman subsequently entered a guilty plea on Aug. 14.
