Kyle breaks ground on new library

Kyle officials were joined today by U.S. Congressman Lloyd Doggett and a host of 100-150 onlookers as ground was broken signifying the beginning of construction on the new Kyle Public Library.

Kyle breaks ground on new library

Kyle officials broke ground on a $3.567 million library Thursday, nearly four years after the need for a new library seriously entered public discussion. The 20,000-square-foot facility will be located on the west side of downtown.

Kyle council approves new library

After more than three years of struggle to determine a budget and a location, the Kyle City Council unanimously approved moving forward with the construction of a new library during its meeting this week.
