Police seek fourth suspect in death of Lockhart man

Hays County authorities have charged three men in the death of a Lockhart man whose body was found in a car during a traffic stop last week in New Braunfels. An arrest warrant has been issued for a fourth suspect, Paul Tovar of San Marcos.
