Hays County property up to $14.16 billion

Total property values in Hays County went up not quite $1 billion in the past year, according to preliminary assessments by the Hays County Central Appraisal District. The most expensive average home, by far, is in the Dripping Springs ISD, while the least valuable average home is in the City of San Marcos.
