Despite bad publicity, Guerrero surges to win on Election Day

Daniel Guerrero actually ran better after an Austin newspaper reported last week that his political advertising was misleading. Guerrero claimed 100 more votes than opponent John Thomaides in Tuesday's voting to win election as the next mayor of San Marcos.
