Buda mayor resigns without notice

Buda Mayor Sarah Mangham submitted a letter of resignation to City Manager Kenneth Williams and City Secretary Danny Batts Tuesday afternoon, citing health issues and personal reasons for resigning. Her resignation was effective immediately.
