Application deadline approaches for county’s flood debris removal program

Residents whose property was damaged by the Memorial Day weekend flood and storms last year in Hays County have until 5 p.m. Friday, April 22 to apply to have qualifying flood and storm debris removed from their properties under the county’s private property debris removal program.
