LCRA delays decision on utilities sell off

On Tuesday, a Canadian bank working for the Lower Colorado River Authority recommended that the authority sell 24 water and wastewater systems in Texas to a Canadian company. The LCRA board on Wednesday put off making a decision and said it would talk further with Hays County and its coalition.
