STAFF REPORT
This week, San Marcos Mayor Susan Narvaiz proclaimed “Sights and Sounds of Christmas Week” in recognition of the 23rd annual community celebration taking place Thursday through Saturday at San Marcos Plaza Park.
The familiar, popular event takes a great deal of orchestration and labor. Members of the volunteer Sights and Sounds of Christmas Board were honored for their year-long work planning for the traditional event.
