Library to host 'Fired Up About Reading'

Layla Salas is fired up about reading and valentines for firefighters at the San Marcos Public Library.

The San Marcos Public Library, 625 East Hopkins Street, will feature local firefighters at “Fired Up About Reading Thursday at 10 a.m. The event is for children and features hot stories and cool trucks with the San Marcos Firefighters.

In addition to the stories, kids may make a valentine for firefighters at the event, too.
