The Hays County Sheriff’s Office has released the identities of the 11 people missing in the the Blanco River flood. Two of the 13 on the list earlier today were found alive but unable to contact authorities.

  • Ralph Hugh Carey, 73. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Sue McNeil Carey, 71. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • William Randall Charba, 42. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Michelle Marie Carey-Charba, 43. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • William Charba, 6. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Laura Schultz McComb, 34. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Andrew McComb, 6. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Leighton McComb, 4. Last seen in area of 100 Deer Crossing, Wimberley.
  • Dayton Larry Thomas, 74. Last seen in area of 806 River Road, Wimberley.
  • Jose Alvero Arteaga-Pichardo, 29. Last seen in area of Loop 164, Wimberley.
  • Kenneth Reissig, 81. Last seen in area of Ranch Road 32 at 473 in Blanco County.

Also Tuesday afternoon, the body of a third male was found at the Blanco River near Ranch Road 2325. It was not immediately apparent if he is among those already reported missing.
