Crews are working through the summer to complete eight new or expanded multi-family housing projects ranging in scale from the 52-bedroom Green Spring Village on Post Road to the 899-bedroom Cottages of San Marcos on Craddock Avenue at Wonder World Drive. Another four projects totaling 2,237 bedrooms between 806 units have already secured land use and zoning clearance but have not begun construction.

Since 2012, the city has added 1,823 apartment, townhouse or condo units and a total of 5,386 multi-family bedrooms to its housing stock, not counting those still under construction or consideration.
