Hays and Lehman high schools, meanwhile, move up to 6A

The University Interscholastic League, the governing body for Texas athletic and academic competitions, released its biennial district realignments for football and basketball this morning.

San Marcos High School was reclassified from a 6A school to a 5A. Hays and Lehman high schools were moved up from 5A to 6A. Here’s where high schools in Hays County landed:
